PHP Wordpress developer needed

We are seeking a skilled and reliable PHP WordPress Developer to join our team (or work with us on a freelance basis) to help develop, customize, and maintain WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP programming and a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including theme and plugin development. Responsibilities: Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. Integrate third-party APIs and tools. Optimize website performance, security, and responsiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or issues across various devices and browsers. Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement high-quality solutions. Ensure WordPress best practices and coding standards are followed. Requirements: Proficient in PHP and MySQL. Solid experience with WordPress core functions, theme development, and plugin architecture. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and AJAX. Experience with version control (Git) and deployment workflows. Familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) is a plus. Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred: Experience with WooCommerce, REST APIs, and headless WordPress. Familiarity with server management (cPanel, Plesk, etc.). Portfolio of past WordPress projects.
